NOTE: This is a prototype wiki of the actual wiki that will be hosted at Educause.
The goals of the project are to create a knowledge sharing wiki for information technology professionals in higher education and measure the effectiveness of the wiki. This wiki-based knowledge sharing service will provide a framework for documenting best practices, processes, solutions, and recommendations for IT services. These best practices and recommendations will be developed collaboratively with the ultimate goal of improving delivery of IT services in higher education.

TO DO:
VIII. Promote wiki through various higher education resources (Educause, ResNet, SIGUCCS, HighEdWeb, NERCOMP) and technology hubs (Slashdot, etc.).
X. Write final paper detailing the entire process and the outcome of the project.
XI. Work with faculty committee to present paper at a technology conference and publish paper in a higher education journal.
